Homemade and regional dishes
The bright interior of our self-service tavern offers space for 150 people, the spacious guest garden for 300 people. Both inside and out, you have a magnificent view of the south-eastern Styrian hills with views as far as Slovenia, Hungary and Carinthia. For the entertainment of our younger guests, there is a large children's playground with a knight's castle for climbing, balancing and sliding.
A stage in the guest garden provides plenty of space for the great live bands to perform at our events such as the Full Moon Night. The tavern is also the starting point of the Leopold via ferrata, an excellent beginners' and instructional climbing route that leads over the volcanic rock of the Burgberg.
We are also happy to accept group reservations at any time. The castle tavern is also available for weddings, celebrations, company presentations and more.

March 24 - end of April: daily 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
May - September: daily 9 am - 5 pm
October: daily 10 am - 5 pm
