Valley tour Oberwölz to St. Peter am Kammersberg
The cycle route takes you through Wieden, Winklern bei Oberwölz and along the Mühltratte from the Wölzertal valley to the Katschtal valley.
This scenic bike tour involves climbing around 250 meters in altitude, which requires a certain level of fitness and endurance.

Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Here turn right in the direction of Murau. In Niederwölz turn right towards Oberwölz.
Coming from Murau via Teufenbach to Niederwölz, turn left towards Oberwölz.
Coming from Tamsweg, drive via Ranten, to St. Peter am Kammersberg and via Pöllau am Greim to Oberwölz.
The starting point for this tour is the church square in Oberwölz. From there, we cycle to the L512 state road, which we cross. We then keep to the right and follow the side road that runs parallel to the state road. In Winklern bei Oberwölz, this road takes us back to the L512, which we stay on until the end of the village before turning onto the cycle path. When this ends, we continue on the L512 towards Pöllau am Greim. At the turn-off to Eselsberg, we continue straight ahead, after which the road begins to climb. After about 350 m, we turn left and cross the bridge. We follow the road further uphill to Mühltratte, the highest point of our tour. From there, we continue downhill, following the road to St. Peter am Kammersberg. Our destination is the market square in St. Peter am Kammersberg.
