Alpine hut for 9 people in Eselsberggraben at 1,300m above sea level. Eat-in kitchen with wood stove, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 room, shower / toilet. The hut is supplied with electricity from the public grid. The bedrooms and the bathroom are heated with infrared heating, the water heating is done with a bath heater. The stables are open between June 10th and August 30th, during which time fresh milk is available. Barbecue and seating are available in front of the hut. The hut can be reached by any car.
In the immediate vicinity (St. Peter am Kammersberg, Oberwölz) there are many leisure activities such as outdoor pools, a high ropes course, a legend trail, museums as well as historical and cultural sightseeing destinations. Other offers in the region are for example the indoor swimming pool in Murau, the wood museum in St. Ruprecht ob Murau, the brewery museum in Murau, the narrow-gauge railway museum Frojach, the Aqualuxtherme Fohnsdorf and the Red Bull Ring (approx. 55 km away). We can also undertake various hikes (Greim or Eselsberger Almen etc ...).

From east and south (Vienna, Graz, Carinthia etc.): Follow the street B317 until Scheifling. There turn onto the street B96 towards Murau. In Niederwölz turn to the right onto the street B75 towards Oberwölz. From Oberwölz you have to follow the street L512 about 7 km until the turnoff/direction sign “Hintere Pöllau”. Follow the “Hinterer Pöllau Weg” 1.5 km until the direction sign to house number 54. There you will get the key for the hut and then we will guide you to the “Zirkerhütte”. From west/north (Salzburg, München, etc.): Leave the highway A10 in St. Michael im Lungau and follow the street B96 (towards Murau/Scheifling) about 42 km until Tratten. Then turn to the left and follow the street L501 about 9 km. In St. Peter am Kammersberg you have to turn to the left onto the street L512 (towards Oberwölz). Follow L512 about 4.7 km until the turnoff/direction sign “Hintere Pöllau”. Follow the “Hinterer Pöllau Weg” 1.5 km until the direction sign to house number 54. There you will get the key for the hut and then we will guide you to the “Zirkerhütte”. From north (Rottenmann): Follow the B114 Triebener Straße until turn-off Oberzeiring. From there follow the street L514 about 20 km until its crossing with B75 in Schiltern. Turn to the right towards Oberwölz. From Oberwölz you have to follow the street L512 about 7 km until the turnoff/direction sign “Hintere Pöllau”. Follow the “Hinterer Pöllau Weg” 1.5 km until the direction sign to house number 54.
