General Terms and Conditions - Booking Conditions

The reservation is binding as soon as it has been confirmed in writing or by phone.
A cancellation requires informal written or telephone notice.

We kindly ask you to carefully observe waste separation for the sake of the environment.
Please use energy and water sparingly and close the windows when leaving the rooms.

The landlord is not liable for operational failures or disturbances in heating, water, and power supply. In case of a failure or disturbance, we ask you to notify us promptly so that we can address the maintenance issue immediately.

The landlord is not liable for personal and/or property damages of any kind during the tenant's stay. There is no liability for influence on the rental property due to force majeure, power and water outages, and weather conditions.

The arrival and departure of the tenant is at their own responsibility and liability. The landlord is not liable for the tenant's personal belongings, e.g., in case of burglary, theft, or fire. The tenant waives any claims for damages.

Liability of the landlord for accidents of any kind is excluded.
The tenant and their travel companions agree to adhere to the rental conditions and leave all items of the rental property in undamaged condition.

The tenant assumes responsibility for all items present in the rental property during the rental period and is fully liable for any damages caused.

All claims for damages by the tenant against the landlord are excluded.
Renegotiation of agreed prices is excluded.
We kindly ask you to treat the rooms as your own and therefore to handle the furniture carefully and respectfully.
