This apartment consists of four rooms (a large kitchen, a living room with sleeping possibilities, a bedroom, and a bathroom, as well as a terrace).
The entire living, kitchen, and sleeping area is equipped with a high-quality natural wood floor, and the entire bathroom area features a pleasantly warm tiled floor thanks to underfloor heating.
In the KITCHEN, you will find practically everything you need! You can cook and bake here and enjoy cozy meals together at the large table.

From the living room, you can access the terrace (including balcony furniture) with a view of the garden; from there, a few steps lead to the parking lot and to the meadow.
A new BOXSPRING BED ensures a wonderful sleep in the southwest of the apartment. There is also the option to set up a youth or baby bed in the bedroom.
The beautiful large bathroom features a sink with a round mirror with touch function, a towel warmer, a dreamy WALK-IN RAIN SHOWER, and a toilet separated by a glass door.
