Location: Located in the center of the skiing and hiking region LACHTAL! About 500m above the valley station, amidst the skiing and hiking region Lachtal, but perfectly reachable by car. In a sunny location, with a wonderful view onto the lake in front of the cottage. Distances: The slope is directly behind the house, a ski- and snowboard school is at the valley station, about 500m downhill. Cross-country ski run, a lighted toboggan run and an area for ice skating are within spitting distance. Shopping possibilities in about 300m, ski hut in 50m, taverns in 200m (open in season). Thermal bath "AquaLux" in 30km, golf course in 31km. The location of this cottage is perfect for mountain bikers and hikers. Equippment: The cottage was built in 2013 an is equipped very comfortable, esthetic and luxurious. Ground floor: modern, fully-equipped kitchen with electric cooker (induction), oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nesspresso- and filter coffe machine, toaster, house bar, dining corner, living room with a genuine leather sofa, satellite TV and a fully-automatic stove, exit to the terrace. Wellness room with a Finnish sauna, shower and restroom, toilet, anteroom, electric boot dryer. Upper floor: 3 double rooms with satellite TV (2 of them with balcony), 1 twin room, shower/toilet. Wi-Fi. In front of the cottage is a terrace with barbecue and sunbeds. . Central heating with pellets stove.
