The family-friendly Alpengasthof Tanzstatt is located in Lachtal, one of the most popular ski resorts in Styria, at an altitude of 1610 m above sea level.
We are open in the winter season from early December to early April and in the summer season from late June to mid-September. Our inn is located directly on the ski slope.
During the summer season, Lachtal is a particularly ideal destination for active and passive travelers thanks to its crystal-clear mountain air and unspoiled nature. There are many hiking trails nearby that can be explored on foot or even by bike. For families with children, a 4 km long 16-station adventure trail with a petting zoo, playground, as well as educational and learning stations has been established.
The Red Bull Ring Spielberg is only a 30-minute drive from Alpengasthof Tanzstatt.
The 6-seater ski lift is also open during the summer season, allowing you to reach the summit of Schönberg-Lachtal (2,222 meters), which offers a stunning panorama.
In our accommodation, we offer our guests standard and deluxe double rooms, as well as superior and premium two-room family suites that are equipped for all needs. Each of our rooms has its own bathroom, a comfortable double bed, a pull-out sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, and a hairdryer.
Our à-la-carte restaurant and bar are also available to our guests during the day.
Children are welcome in the furnished playroom.
A heated ski room, sauna, and plunge pool are also available to our guests free of charge.
We provide our guests with free parking spaces in the parking lot in front of the hotel.
For our dear guests traveling by motorcycle, we can offer covered parking for a maximum of 5 motorcycles at the same time during the summer season.

In our accommodation, we communicate orally in English, German, and Hungarian, and can respond to inquiries in Polish in writing at short notice.
