Food & Drink
We try, as much as possible, to source our food from the local area, produce our own pasta and bread (for the most part), and buy locally. It is our ambition to support our local producers.
In the morning ...
... you can expect a rich offer on our breakfast buffet, among them mainly goods from the nearby surroundings, such as milk, yogurt and whey, which we get from the Vostl farmer from Saureggen, the jams we make ourselves with much love - and you can taste it - as well as meat and sausages from the farmers of the region.
On the lunch soup, we invite you quite cordially. We are happy to leave it up to you to decide whether you come to the main house - the Alpenrose, or to the Nockalm to fortify yourself. Where you just feel like a hot soup - you decide where ...
