Celebrate the 130th anniversary with the Murtalbahn! To celebrate this important milestone in style, the StB cordially invites you to join us at Murau station, where a spectacular anniversary program awaits you. The event will start with a festive church service at 10.00 am at Murau parish church, followed by a parade to the parish festival at Murau railroad station. In addition to the imperial train, a great supporting program with many highlights awaits you at the station. On the anniversary day, there is free travel on the scheduled passenger trains on the Murtalbahn.
Look forward to a journey through time through the history of the Murtalbahn, experience nostalgic moments and be enchanted by the fascination of this unique railway line.
