The holiday house is located 2 km from Mitterbach, in a traffic-free secluded forest edge, at the foot of the Gemeindealpe. Due to its own meadows and woods it is also very suitable for children. The house with 190 m” living space is at your disposal, fully equipped and lovingly furnished. The separation of sleeping and recreation rooms has proved particularly effective for larger groups.

Due to its quiet location and the versatile outdoor play possibilities, the Quatier is particularly popular with families with children. Our house is also an ideal starting point for sports enthusiasts. Direct connection to various hiking trails through Ötscherland. Cyclists and mountain bikers are offered a variety of excursion possibilities. The nearby Erlaufsee is ideal for swimming, boating or fishing. Jogging enthusiasts will find many jogging tracks. Outdoor swimming pool (2 km) Erlaufsee (6 km) – tennis courts, indoor pool, horse riding and fishing.
