The Alpl-Resort is only about an hour's drive from the outskirts of Vienna, as well as from Graz, the capital of the province of Styria, where the Alpl Resort is located. Vienna International Airport can be reached in less than 1 1/2 hours by car. Coming from Vienna, follow the A2 and S6 motorways to Krieglach, and then for 9 minutes a developed federal road at 1,100 metres above sea level, which is well cleared in winter.
