With the new garden edition, we are kicking off the warm season and presenting the most beautiful guest garden in Mariazell. In the quiet courtyard of the brewery, under the shade of the chestnut tree and accompanied by the colorful graffiti "ErzHans" – a modern interpretation of Archduke Johann – the garden edition invites you to enjoy the outdoors from now on.
About 70 seats invite you to enjoy the time with fresh beer, regional delicacies, and a cozy atmosphere. Whether in the sunny garden or sheltered in the Salettl when it rains – in any weather, guests can expect a wide selection of beers and drinks, regional specialties, and true garden coziness right in the middle of Mariazell. The dishes are prepared fresh and directly in the garden kitchen, which is open continuously from 12 to 21 o'clock.
There are various types of beer to choose from, and in the afternoon, delicious snack specialties tempt, such as homemade sausage salad with pretzel or the popular juicy goulash with sourdough bread. Anyone simply looking for a shady spot to linger is also warmly welcome – perhaps with a refreshing aperitivo in the greenery. And when the warm summer nights arrive in Mariazell, the garden edition is perfectly equipped for a relaxed evening outdoors.
The main access to the garden edition is located at P. Hermann Platz 4, just a few steps from the center.
