The bakery Felber, formerly Albert, was first mentioned in the last century. Franz Felber comes from a family of bakers in Birkfeld, passed the master craftsman's examination in 1956 and took over his father-in-law's business in 1965. His son Siegfried has been master confectioner since 1979 and continues the family business together with his father. The bakery's rustic bread varieties, such as the "Strallegger Kornbrot" and the "Kletzenbrot", are very well known. For more than 100 years, the Felber bakery has stood for high-quality, delicious baked goods. Not only do we guarantee excellent taste, we bake exclusively with flour from Austrian cultivation.
