Returns
If you are not satisfied with your ordered product or it does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return form so that we know why you are not satisfied with the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods for return.

The return of purchased items can also be done directly at the information office in 8911 Admont, Hauptstraße 36. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund to your credit card will be processed within approximately 15 business days. No cash payment will be made on site.
