The Gesäuse Tourist Association reserves the right not to accept orders, e.g. in the case of sold-out items. If the Gesäuse Tourist Association is unable to fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail. If you have already paid for the sold-out goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a chargeback to your credit card within approx. 15 working days.
Return
If you are not satisfied with your ordered product or it does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return form so we know why you were not happy with the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods for return.

You can also return the purchased items directly at the information office in 8911 Admont, Main Street 36. If you have already paid for the goods via credit card or bank transfer in advance, a refund to your credit card will be processed within approximately 15 business days. There is no cash payout on-site.
